IPDS Translation approach:

• IPDS assembles a review committee to assess the accuracy, simplicity, and market applicability of all materials being translated.

• When translating documents into Spanish IPDS uses key phrases and specific terminology used in the English version. For example: Reglas o Normas de la Compañía (Company Policy) . This educational approach is called language exchange, and it helps bridge the communication gap among people who speak two or more languages.
